I met Tammie through a Zillow recommendation by chance. She is extremely friendly, trust worthy and professional. She was always available to answer any questions and to meet us for showings. She knows the market well and even though it currently is a sellers market as a buyer she helped me get the best deal possible. During the walk through she checked every last thing and was on the phone with the sellers agent to make sure we had all the answers. It was a very worry free and pleasant experience using Tammie as an agent. We are blessed to have closed on the perfect home for us but will truly miss working with her. Julie was able to sell our home rapidly at premium dollar with-in her own internal network of other agents she works closely with. We technically never hit the market while not having to deal with open houses and non- stop scheduling of walk throughs. I worked from home and my kids were being home schooled at the time. There was just no way for us to just get up and leave for a showing. This was our first time selling a home and I was not very familiar with all of the processes and expectations which created a lot of stress for me. She took here time to offer me proper coaching, education, and mentorship to push through all of the action items and few minor obstacles. Julie has a key personable skill set to help you calm down and get it together.

Overall she is very responsive, professional, & caring to her clients.

Danielle was amazing as my sellers agent! She was so easy to work with and was available anytime I had questions or needed help. She provided me with my options to sell and a price breakdown up front with detailed explanations. Her price assessment of my home was right on the nose, and she got my house under contract in 4 days! She was also very helpful when I needed to find contractors to make repairs from prep to close; she even found someone to come out last minute for a sump pump emergency the day before closing! She was extremely proactive, excellent at communication, and, of course, made sure we closed on time; I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

She didn’t have any full details about my venture the first day I reached out to her but she got a viewing at my request the VERY SAME day we spoke!
