Rosalind Levy is a multi-year award winning “Top Producing” REALTOR® in the State of Virginia. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana; Rosalind is married to her high school sweetheart, who is also a real estate professional working in the Property Management sector. They have one son who graduated from Old Dominion University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He also holds a Masters of Science (MS) Degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and works for a large corporation in this field. He is also a licensed real estate agent and small business owner. He and his wife are the proud parents of two young daughters.
After a long and distinguished career in the private sector, Rosalind transitioned to real estate in June 2015, fulfilling her lifelong dream. Her leadership, networking prowess and sales acumen rapidly propelled her to prominence in the Coastal Virginia region where she made an immediate impact and established herself as recognizable figure in her local community by winning the “Outstanding Community Service Award” in 2021 from the City of Chesapeake and the “Distinguished Service Award” in 2022 from ACHI Magazine among other highly notable awards from the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA). Rosalind’s sales and business experience stretch across the landscape of real estate from residential sales and purchases, working with investors, land sales, leasing, navigating complex negotiations and being a certified Virginia Housing (VHDA) program instructor. She is routinely sought after by her peers for advice and counseling.
As a 25-year military spouse, Rosalind intimately understands the needs of military families as she has personally experienced PCS moves and family transitions. This perspective makes her uniquely qualified to address the needs of the vast military community in the region and beyond. Rosalind is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Rosalind’s passions extend beyond real estate to include faith, family, friends and community service. As an investor, Rosalind has a personal real estate portfolio that serves the local community by providing affordable homes to renters. She also runs a non-profit organization “Each One – Reach One” (E1R1) Community Outreach where she mentors young women on developing life skills and personal growth strategies. She enjoys cooking, shopping, exercising, family outings and mentorship. Her dedication to building strong relationships within her community has created a sense of family between her and her clients – after a client works with Rosalind; they never leave.
