However, it was during the purchase of her own home that she discovered a profound fascination with the real estate process. Inspired by this experience, Kathy decided to redirect her career towards her newfound passion.
Starting out in resale in the Richmond area, Kathy's expertise and dedication caught the attention of a national builder. She quickly rose to the position of the #1 online sales agent, showcasing her knack for navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Upon returning to Hampton Roads, Kathy shifted her focus to new homes, establishing herself as the go-to broker for new home sales in the region.
