With over 22-years of experience as a secondary education Campus Executive Director, Chauntrell's transition into the real estate industry in 2016 was a natural evolution that allowed her to channel her expertise into helping families achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Her finely honed communication skills, developed through years of working closely with students, parents, and colleagues, make her an exceptional advocate for her clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Chauntrell's journey into real estate began in 2005 when she obtained her license, but it wasn't until 2016 that she embraced her true calling by venturing into real estate full-time with a focus on relocation clients. This focus trained her to quickly recognize the importance of not just finding a house but finding a place that truly feels like home.
Growing up in the vibrant community of Virginia Beach, VA, Chauntrell developed a profound appreciation for the local area, its neighborhoods, and its diverse culture.
